Allie is our assistant event coordinator. Her attention to detail and creative eye will ensure you have the best time attending your event! She works closely with Donna to make sure every detail is in place.

Head Chef

Whiskey Barrel Lounge Head Chef James Elliot will create a superb dining experience for you and you guests. His menus are filled with flavorful house-made dishes that are approachable yet elevated, and will be a delight to your senses!

Bar Director

Whiskey Barrel Lounge Beverage Director and Manager AJ is an award-winning bar tender and has years of industry experience. He will help curate the best craft cocktails and beverages for your event!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is music or entertainment allowed/available?

Yes, we have a professional speaker system that you can bluetooth your favorite playlist to, along with a microphone for speeches. We also supply a 65″ mobile screen for showing slideshows or presentations. We also have a recommended list of vendors available that includes live musicians, DJs, magicians, mentalists, fortune tellers, and more! We can help make your event something your guest talk about for years to come!

Is there a time limit when using the room?

Yes, most events are given a 4-5 hour time block. (This may be flexible if you need to set up ahead of the party, and, no earlier event is taking place.) The whole building closes at 10pm Mon-Sat, and 9pm on Sunday, so your event must be completed by those times. Last call will be 30 minutes before the scheduled end of your event.

Is there a fee to rent this space?

Yes, we have a $300 room rental fee to reserve your date. This pays for staffing and clean up and ensures your date is saved!

Is there a food minimum?

Yes, we have a variety of menus and packages to choose from, with prices starting at $50 a head and going up to $100 a head. The bar has a variety of hosted and no host options. A 20% gratuity is added to your final bill.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, while unnecessary, since we supply your choice of beautiful table florals and chargers, along with candles and seasonal decor, we are happy to let you in to the room ahead of time to put up your own balloons, photos, flowers, favors, banners, etc.

How many people does the space hold?

We have had private events as small as 15 people, and can fit a max of 64 people seated. Plated meals can be served to groups of 25 or less, otherwise the meals are served as a buffet.

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes! While we do offer a variety of amazing desserts, you are welcome to bring in your own cake. Our staff will be happy to cut and serve it to your guests!

Are minors allowed to attend my event?

Yes! Children are allowed in the Cellar and the Whiskey Barrel Lounge.
